Main Shipping Terms
1. All orders require 1-3 business days of processing time unless otherwise noted on the product page.
2. A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding certain holidays.
3. Free standard economy shipping depends on the order quantity of different products in United States and Canada excluding remote & difficult to serve locations
4. Any order doesn't qualify free shipping is subject to a $10.00 standard economy shipping fee.
5. $25.00 express shipping is only available in United States and Canada, excluding remote and difficult to serve locations.
6. International Shipping: we only provide standard international shipping method.
7. Any duties, taxes or brokerage fees of international shipping due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer.
8. International customers may ship to multiple addresses by placing a separate order for each shipping address. We cannot ship single international orders to multiple addresses at this time.
9. We cannot refund your original domestic and international shipping charges. Additionally, we cannot refund customs, duties, taxes, VAT or tariffs.
*Shipping fees are subject to change. Shipping fees are shown in US dollars. Orders may qualify for additional shipping charges depending on the size and quantity of the order. Customers will always be contacted before any such charge is added.
*The shipping charge for returning an order is the responsibility of the customer. If we made a mistake in regards to your order, then of course, we will take care of the shipping costs for you.
All orders that are received before 3:00pm (EST) will require 1-3 business days of processing time to be picked, packed and prepared for shipping from our warehouse, unless otherwise noted on the product page of the item(s) you've ordered. Shipping time quoted in checkout does not include processing time.
Royalnatural.ca provides two shipping options - Economy Shipping & Express Shipping. Please note that whether you choose Economy Shipping or Express Shipping, your order will be subject to 1-3 business days of processing time in our warehouse before it ships, unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Standard Economy Shipping : 5-10 business days dependent on Region
Our standard Economy Shipping is a general service available to orders shipping in United States and Canada (excluding remote & difficult to serve locations). Standard Economy Shipping will deliver your package using standard shipping methods. Royalnatural.ca ships using multiple delivery partners. A carrier will be assigned to your order at time of shipping.
Express Shipping: 3-5 business days dependent on Region
Express Shipping is a premium service available to orders shipping in United States and Canada (excluding remote & difficult to serve locations) that is provided by our shipping partners. After leaving our warehouse, our shipping partners will prioritize your package and work to deliver it as quickly as possible.
International Shipping: 2-4 weeks dependent on Region
International Orders may require 3-5 business days or more of additional processing time prior to shipment as we may need to consolidate items to one location for shipment.
Tracking an Order
Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number from Royalnatural.ca that has been provided by our shipping partners.
If the tracking information states that your package has been delivered, but you cannot locate it, please check for the following:
1. Is a note left on my door stating to pick it up at the post office?
2. Does a neighbor or building manager have the package?
3. Is the package hidden near my porch, garage, or shrubs around my home?
Sometimes, couriers will leave packages in areas they determine to be safe if no one answers the door. Unfortunately, this is a shipping company policy and Royalnatural.ca will not be held responsible if a package is lost in transit.
I’m Not Home When My Package Arrives
Carriers leave packages at their own discretion. If they feel it is safe to leave a package on your door step – they will. If they feel it is unsafe, then a Delivery Notice Card is left at the door.
If you cannot locate your package and your tracking information states that it has been delivered, please contact us immediately. Royalnatural.ca will not be held responsible for orders that are lost in transit.
If a shipment has been deemed as undeliverable and is sent back to Royalnatural.ca, we will provide you with a full refund (minus shipping costs). Undeliverable orders will not be resent, and instead, a new order should be placed.
Order Address Errors
Please double check that you have provided the correct shipping information during checkout. We create shipping labels directly from the information presented during checkout.
If you incorrectly entered your address during the checkout process, it will be "Returned to Sender" via Our Shipping Partners. For this reason you will be charged an additional fee before the corrections to your address will be made. You will be contacted regarding the cost of the return and reshipment of your order.
Our goal at Royalnatural.ca is to ensure that you are totally satisfied with your shopping experience. We accept returns of unopened products up to 7 days after the date of purchase. Opened or used products, or any items marked as non-refundable are not within our return guidelines. All returned and exchanged items must be returned to Royalnatural.ca in good condition in order to issue a refund or credit.
1. Customer is responsible for all back and forth shipping and brokerage charges for returns or exchanges.
2. International shipments should be marked as a "Merchandise Return" with a carrier that does not levy brokerage fees. Customer is responsible for any applicable brokerage or customs charges.
3. Any items shipped COD or having additional brokerage fees that are charged to Royalnatural upon delivery will be rejected.
*Restocking Fees: 15% of the item's price will be charged depending on the type of item and the condition in which it is returned
We currently cannot accept any returns from products in the following categories:
1.Clearance or Sale Items
2. Any items marked as non-returnable on the product page
3. Any items you bought from our local sales stores
4. Items which have been removed from their original packaging, assembled or modified
*Please note that we are not the manufacturers of the products we sell. If you have a performance and/or warranty issue, or a general complaint with a product, please contact the manufacturer at the number on the packaging.
If you would like to make a return request, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number (as quoted in the subject line of your "Order Update" emails), the item(s) that you would like to return, and the reason for the return. One of our friendly Customer Care team members will reach out to you as soon as possible with the next steps!
